IT ALL STARTED WITH A LITTLE PRAYER!

Selam Selam! Dear Ethiopia is about awakening the God given purpose that He has, particularly in Ethiopia. It started as a simple prayer in high school, then journal entries, and finally my trips to Ethiopia that have forever changed my life. Originally it located at DearEthiopia.Tumblr.com, it has now been blessed with its own domain. Within the past couple trips we've been able to donate well over 100 lbs of clothes, toiletries, books, toys, diapers to the streets of Debre Zeyit, Addis Ababa, and The Ellilita Women coming out of prostitution. But this is only the beginning!

Through several blog post, videos, photos, surveys and documentaries, I've been able to showcase what God is doing through Dear Ethiopia! I'd like to take the time to thank everyone who has helped Dear Ethiopia, without your donations, prayers, advice and support I wouldn't have been able to serve in the capacity that I am serving today! THE BEHIND THE SCENES OF DEAR ETHIOPIAHi I am Camille! I am also known as "Kemila", "Cami", "Joy" or "Mille Mille"! I am the founder, photographer, producer, editor and author of Dear Ethiopia & blog posts (: I am a 24 year old Pre-Law alumna of The Ohio State University where I completed my thesis. I am currently studying for the LSAT to pursue my J.D in the DMV area (hello D.C). My thesis was conducted in Ethiopia on women coming out of prostitution.
